A Korean semiconductor company called Telechips Inc. has signed a contract with the wireless company QUALCOMM Inc in order to provide to their clients the ultimate generation of mobile services. The chips products will implement FLOtechnology is the air interface capable of multicasting significant volumes of rich multi-media content to millions of mobile handsets from a single frequency network. QUALCOMM Inc. announced on 6 September a broad-based licensing program to develop the sale and manufacture of all FLO patents. The FLO chips should offer better products to cell phone users by combining the live streaming TV and interactive services. The TV-quality picture and sound will be a lot better and will give a unique experience to customers. Wireless operators will have access to the technology to efficiently and cost-effectively complement existing cellular networks. Today is the bean bonus room day.
